Cocina Manila was born in 2020, during one of the most challenging times the world had ever faced.

It started with just one dish, our Spicy Chicken Garlic with Rice. There was no big kitchen, no team, and no storefront. Just a simple dream: to serve honest, comforting Filipino food that people could enjoy, even in the middle of a pandemic.

Our very first customers came from Trinoma, where I was also working at the time. Every day, after work, I would personally go from store to store collecting orders, carrying meals with hope in my hands and gratitude in my heart. It wasn't easy, but every order reminded me that even a simple meal could brighten someone's day.

What began as one homemade dish soon became something much bigger. It became a story of resilience, faith, and the belief that great food has the power to bring comfort, no matter what challenges life brings.

Today, Cocina Manila has grown, but our heart remains exactly the same. Every meal we prepare is made with the same passion, care, and dedication that started with that very first order.

We're not just serving food, we're sharing a piece of our journey. Every plate tells a story of hard work, perseverance, and the love we put into every recipe.
